Myth of the Personal Injury Settlement Damage Amount Calculator

There is a myth perpetuated my non attorney web sites that there is such a thing as a personal injury formula for calculating damages. They allege that some case are worth 1.5 times the medical bills plus the lost wages, or other multipliers. However having settled and tried personal injury cases for over 28 years I do not think there is, nor do I use a formula.
